The short version
- The guide: free, so there’s nothing to refund.
- Apartment Plan: if your plan isn’t useful, email us within 14 days after we send it for a full refund. One refund per customer. Changed your mind before sending your intake? Full refund, anytime.
- Plan + AI Chat: the same 14-day guarantee, for the full $67. A refund closes the AI chat.
- How you’re refunded: refunds go back to your original payment method. We never charge a fee for a refund.
Apartment Plan
14-day guarantee. If your plan isn’t useful, email us within 14 days after we send it and we’ll refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d love to know what we could do better.
One refund per customer. Each plan is written for you, so the guarantee applies once per customer.
Before you send your intake. If you change your mind before you send your intake answers, we’ll refund you in full at any time.
Late plans. If your plan doesn’t arrive within 1 business day of your answers, email us. If we can’t send it within 3 business days, you can choose a full refund.
Mistakes. If you find an error in your plan, tell us. We’ll correct it and resend it at no charge.
Duplicate purchases. Bought the same plan twice by mistake? We’ll refund the duplicate at any time.
Plan + AI Chat
Your plan follows the Apartment Plan terms above, and the guarantee covers the whole purchase.
14-day guarantee. If Plan + AI Chat isn’t useful, email us within 14 days after we send your plan and we’ll refund the full $67. This applies once per customer.
After a full refund. Your license key stops opening the chat right away, and a chat that’s already open closes within 7 days.
Keep the plan, drop the chat. Within the same 14 days, you can instead keep your plan and get back $20, the difference between Plan + AI Chat ($67) and the Apartment Plan ($47).
If the chat is down. If a problem on our side keeps the chat down for more than a day, we’ll extend your access by the time you lost. If we can’t fix it, you can choose a full refund.
The AI chat is educational and covers what’s described on the Plan + AI Chat page. It doesn’t give legal advice, find or reserve apartments, or negotiate leases.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it.
- We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved with one email, and it’s faster for you than a bank dispute.
